Gabriel A. Peñalver was born in Saint Julien en Genevois (Haute-Savoie), France, in 2001. He graduated in Chemistry from the Complutense University of Madrid in 2023. He then started a Master in Chemical Science and Technology at the same University, graduating in July 2024. 

He is currently working on his doctoral thesis under the supervision of Jose L. Luque-Garcia. His research focuses on the development and functional evaluation of new smart nanobiomaterials against prostate cancer.

In addition, Gabriel also works at the Mass Spectrometry Unit of the Complutense University of Madrid, where he holds a high specialization fellowship.
